NoKy Keyboard is designed as a standalone, zero-tracking utility tool. Because our application functions entirely locally on your mobile device:
- No Keystroke Logging: We never log, track, or record your keystrokes, messages, credentials, or text fields.
- No Personal Data Collection: We do not ask for, collect, or store personal identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers.
- No Analytics or Tracking: The application does not contain any hidden telemetry, analytics frameworks, or user behavior trackers.
2. Device Permissions & Why We Need Them
To deliver advanced customization and layout control features, NoKy Keyboard requests specific Android system permissions. These permissions are utilized exclusively to run features locally on your device:
- Draw Over Other Apps (System Alert Window / Display Pop-up): This permission is required solely to operate the Live Bubble overlay and quick notification features. It allows you to invoke or toggle the keyboard layout globally over any screen.
- Receive Boot Completed (Run at Startup): This enables the optional Auto-Start functionality, ensuring the keyboard service is registered and immediately available to use when your device restarts.
- Vibrate Control: This permission is used strictly to handle the haptic feedback engine, letting you fine-tune the vibration intensity of keypresses.
- Audio Settings: This is used to play local keypress sound effects based on your desired volume configuration.
3. In-App Purchases & Donation Billing
NoKy Keyboard is completely ad-free and offers all primary keyboard features entirely for free. To support the ongoing maintenance and development of the project, we provide optional voluntary donation options within the app.
These voluntary donations are processed exclusively via the official Google Play Billing System. NoKy Keyboard does not handle, see, or store your banking details, credit card numbers, or transaction information. All financial information is processed securely through Google Play in strict compliance with Google Play's monetization guidelines and privacy terms.
4. Children's Privacy
Our application is safe for users of all ages. Because we do not collect, capture, or transmit any data from any user device, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13, in strict compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR guidelines.
